Locate the central swimming pool then locate the next pool going up to the right and in between the two pools you can see a small car park with two rows of cars. That is the main entrance and access to the Nelson Music Academy.

You can also see Los Boliches train station which is very close, going down towards the bottom left corner of the map (next to the writing Av. de Jesus Santos Rein)
